We harness beneficial microorganisms and fungi and apply them to your fields using the same methods as traditional inputs.
We take a hands-on approach to understanding how soil systems function in real conditions through direct sampling, testing, and ongoing field application.
These insights allow us to support regenerative practices that build healthier, more resilient land without requiring farmers to change the way they already work.

Every acre tells a story. AgriHover's drone mapping and AI analysis let us read it at scale, identifying stressed areas, mapping variability, and flagging opportunities we'd otherwise have to find on foot, field by field.
That data doesn't sit in a report. It shapes where we sample, what we test for, and which amendments we apply, and where. Aerial insight becomes targeted, ground-level action.
This is what sets our approach apart: technology and soil science working as one system, not two separate steps.

Located on 800 acres in Bath County, the land serves as both a testing ground and a living system where observation, research, and application happen side by side.
Across fields, pastures, and managed plots including 12 active trial plots. We conduct ongoing soil sampling, field trials, and regenerative applications to better understand how soil systems perform under real conditions. Every part of the land contributes to a broader dataset, allowing us to track change over time and refine practices based on what actually works.
This is not a controlled environment, it’s an active farm. Crops are grown, systems are tested, and decisions are made in real time, creating a feedback loop between research and application
that strengthens both.

We are continuing to expand the scope of our work through deeper sampling, broader field trials, and new applications of biodiversity-driven systems.
Future areas of exploration may include expanded organic amendment development, additional biodiversity-driven inputs, and scalable applications of biochar-based systems.
A key focus moving forward is building new partnerships to expand the reach and application of this work across different environments, operations, and industries.

Over time, this data builds a detailed picture of how soil is changing and whether the inputs and practices we're applying are working. Without this foundation, regenerative agriculture is guesswork.
• Grid-based sampling across active fields and trial plots
• Analysis of microbial diversity, organic matter, and nutrient profiles
• Longitudinal tracking to measure change over time
• Results inform all amendment and application decisions
Soil health starts with knowing what's actually there. We collect samples across thousands of acres using a systematic grid approach, capturing variation in soil type, biology, and chemistry across fields, pastures, and trial plots. Each sample is analyzed for microbial activity, organic matter, nutrient levels, and structural composition.
We run 12 active trial plots on our 800-acre farm in Bath County, Virginia, testing amendments, inoculants, and application methods against real variables: unpredictable weather, existing soil biology, live crop cycles, and the pressures of an operating farm. Each trial is designed to answer a specific question, and the answers shape what we recommend and apply.
• 12 active trial plots across varied soil types and conditions
• Trials run in working fields, not controlled lab settings
• Tests cover amendments, microbial inoculants, and application timing
• Outcomes tracked against baseline soil data collected over multiple seasons
This is not a greenhouse. Not a controlled lab. Not a simulation. We run active trials directly in working fields, on the same land that gets farmed, grazed, and weathered every season, because that's the only environment that tells you the truth.
This dataset allows us to validate what's working, identify patterns that wouldn't be visible in short-term data, and make decisions grounded in evidence. It also supports our research partnerships with Virginia Tech, Cornell Soil Health Lab, and the Virginia Heritage Grain Project.
• Multi-year dataset built from repeated sampling across active fields and trial plots
• Tracks soil biology, chemistry, structure, and amendment response
• Feeds into collaborative research with Virginia Tech, Cornell Soil Health Lab, and the Virginia Heritage Grain Project
• Guides internal application decisions and refines our practices over time
A single soil test is a snapshot. What we're building is a longitudinal dataset: years of sampling, trial results, and field observations that reveal how soil systems actually behave and respond over time.
That means working with the soil's existing biology, not against it. We apply organic amendments and microbial inoculants tailored to what each field actually needs, with the goal of building a system that becomes more productive and resilient over time, naturally.
• Informed by years of on-farm sampling and trial data
• Organic inputs only, no synthetic fertilizers or chemicals
• Tailored to each field's specific soil profile, crop needs, and history
• Builds toward a self-sustaining soil system over time
We believe that if you take care of the land, the land takes care of you. Regenerative application is where all of our work meets the ground, treating the land as a partner rather than a resource to extract from.
